Following the reboot of Rarefied at the tail end of 2024-sparked by Monkeys & Demons standout LP Noir-the label returns with No Need To Survive, the first full roster EP since the relaunch. A direct continuation of 2020s No Ones Out of Time, this new project reunites the same six artists-Soukah, Sibla, Mob Killa, Arkham Sound, Pharma, and Kodama-for another heavyweight showcase. Each artist contributes a solo cut, forming a cohesive yet forward-thinking statement that cements Rarefieds sonic identity while pointing to its future direction. Rooted in sound system culture and spanning a tempo range from 110 to 140 BPM, the EP blends atmosphere and impact in equal measure-a signature of the Rarefied sound. No Need To Survive lands on 30th May, available digitally and on streaming platforms.
