Pavel Petrov is back on EXE Audio with his own twist of a song that has defined a whole generation. The idea came to me randomly from a girl I met at the seaside. She asked me, Can you do a remix of Back to Black? I thought, Hmm, not a bad idea actually. That summer, I was living by the sea in my improvised studio, so I started experimenting. It didnt take long until I found the right groove and melody. Shortly after, I returned to my studio at EXE CLUB in Sofia, where I did the first mixdowns. It was done! The best thing about this track is its impact—it works on every dancefloor, whether in a big room or a small club.
