Mexican duo MAHO (Gabriel Montaño and Maria Garza) deliver a gem with their single Sabes Que Sí. This whole release masterfully edges the boundaries between Indie Dance and Latin House. The original appears on MAHOs album Magia on Once Records and offers quirky and smooth Latin vibes underpinning Marias beautiful vocal stylings switching back and forth between Spanish and English. Musumeci delivers a powerful club version with pumping drums, a strong bassline, and cutting synth stabs. Roam Recordings label boss Jason Peters bangs it out with an electronic disco bass and hard hitting drums while keeping some of the subtle house elements of the original.
